Student protest meeting at City College, New York City
One battle in an extended fight to protect free tuition at City College and also to offer greater opportunities to minority students. Here students protest Governor Rockefeller's budget cuts; their signs read, "No Budget Cuts for Basic Writing," and "Save Basic Writing."
